Danny Cerecedes brings a wealth of knowledge, genuine compassion and valuable industry experience. An agent for more than 12 years, Danny has worked as a devoted advocate for his clients, pursuing their goals with focus and being consistently available to answer questions and provide guidance. Having grown up in a family that worked in real estate, his interest in the business took root at a young age. After graduating from West Texas A&M University with a degree in Economics and Finance, Danny’s drive to help others inspired him to join the fire department in Northern California, a career he has enjoyed for 15 years while also working as a real estate transaction coordinator with Coldwell Banker.
He specializes in properties in La Cañada, Glendale and Pasadena. Danny’s extensive experience on the back-end of real estate transactions makes him an excellent resource for clients, who can rely on his ability to explain the nuances of the entire process from making an initial offer to closing escrow. Danny’s ability to work calmly under pressure—a skill he has honed during his time in the fire service—is a vitally important trait during all points of a real estate transaction.
“There is nothing more exciting than handing your client keys to their new home and seeing the joy that brings,” says Danny. “I always feel happy to know that I played just a little part in that joy. Real estate is also a career where you can build lifelong relationships with people, and I find that very special.”
Danny and his wife reside in Glendale’s Scholl Canyon neighborhood with their two children. In his free time, Danny enjoys going to the beach and mountains with his family and taking his wife out for date nights. Danny is part of the La Cañada Softball and Baseball Association, where he helps coach his son and daughter’s teams, he also donates 15% of his commission to Honor The Brave, an organization that benefits police, firefighters and military service members.
