About Jennifer Levine

Growing up in Beverly Hills and Brentwood, I was raised in a household where I was immersed in real estate with a father who specialized in luxury properties.  From a young age I learned the intricacies of negotiation, an appreciation of architecture, landscapes and interior design, and the unique neighborhoods of Los Angeles as well as its ever-expanding markets.  My early life was colored with the myriad of interesting people from the worlds of fashion, art, film, business, real estate and architecture.  The beautiful homes and locations nurtured my imagination and inspired an aesthetic sensibility that I continued to expand through studies at the San Francisco Art Institute, years spent as a fashion stylist, and through global travel. 

With over 15 years of real estate experience selling luxury homes throughout Los Angeles, from grand homes in gated communities to lofts in downtowns Arts District, my combined experiences provide me with a solid foundation and ability to personalize every transaction to suit each and every one of my client's needs.  As the majority of my business is referral and network based, I am constantly held accountable to the highest standards and practices.

Above all, I appreciate craftsmanship, good design and beauty.  I see each property as having its own integrity, uniqueness and potential. I have a great sense of pride as a lifelong resident of our magical city and take great pleasure and privilege in representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of homes, investment properties and estates. My family and I reside in Downtown Los Angeles, where our son can be found skateboarding and biking along the art gallery lined streets. I’m a devoted hiker in the Santa Monica mountains, art and fashion enthusiast and connoisseur of eclectic music and film.
