Born and raised in Beverly Hills, Kai Saken brings an insider’s understanding of Los Angeles and a strong foundation in real estate to his work. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, combining academic expertise with practical industry experience.

Kai began his career at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he developed experience in brokerage, market research, business development, and client relations. After gaining experience in Texas, where he also obtained his real estate license, he returned to Los Angeles to pursue his career in residential real estate. With a client-first approach, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of market dynamics, Kai is dedicated to guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the process.
