He gained hands-on experience in brokerage and market research through his work at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he supported business development and client engagement. Kai joined Carolwood Estates where he focuses on delivering exceptional client service and guiding buyers and sellers through every stage of the transaction. He is passionate about real estate investments, urban development, and building strong client relationships. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, surfing, and aviation.
