Magali was born and raised in Lausanne, in the French-speaking region of Switzerland. After her family moved to Los Angeles, she attended UCLA, majoring in Psychology with a minor in
Business Administration. Upon graduation, she received her real estate license in 1989, followed by her broker license in 1993.
