With 34 years of continuous success resulting in over $1.125 Billion of career sales Michael, along with his son and business partner Phillip Caruso, proudly operate the Newport Beach and coastal Orange County arm of Carolwood.
Michael started his youthful foray into real estate working for several revered firms, then, alongside his wife, founded and operated his own boutique offices in Laguna Niguel and Irvine and for close to 20 years sold over $600 Million in luxury coastal properties. It was this outstanding record that led Michael to The Agency and for nearly 6 years was Broker of Record for their 39 California offices all while opening and managing their 2 outlets in coastal Orange County.
The last decade has also seen Michael and Philip work as a Father-Son real estate powerhouse closing an additional $517 Million in beautiful estates along the OC’s Riviera Coastline. Certified as a Residential Specialist and Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Michael has served the real estate industry as President of the Orange County Association of Realtors and California Association of Realtors as Vice-Chair of Professional Standards. His unrelenting focus, easy going nature and penchant for overcoming every challenge has always been the foundation of his success.
