A third-generation Angeleno born and raised in Hancock Park, Michael Hotchkiss grew up with a deep appreciation for Los Angeles: its neighborhoods, its history, and the homes that give each corner of the city its character.

After graduating from Harvard-Westlake, Michael earned his degree from Loyola Marymount University. He built his career in client-facing roles across real estate, finance, and entertainment, including commercial real estate at Colliers International, client relations at Northwestern Mutual, VIP talent management support at Brillstein Entertainment Partners, and supporting executives at 11:11 Media. Along the way, he learned what high-level service really looks like: being attentive, responsive, and discreet, and always being a step ahead.

Michael now brings that experience to residential real estate at Carolwood Estates, where he partners with Eric Hassan from the firm’s Beverly Hills penthouse office. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate his professionalism, his timeliness, and his genuine care for every detail, along with the easy, personable manner that makes the process feel effortless.

When he’s not working, Michael enjoys golf, travel, and cars, and is a huge Los Angeles sports fan who loves going to games.
