Dedicated to raising the bar of integrity in our industry, Nick served as Chair and as a Presiding Officer for the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee for The Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors for 15 years, was named Realtor of the Year in 2012 and the year after, was honored with the Board's highest accolade, The William May Garland Award.

Nick is a renowned public speaker and author of "On Your Terms," a memoir-manual exploring the key essentials for success. Nick also hosts a Podcast series called "Speaking Kid" with amazing guests in the exploration of effective communication strategies with our children to create more harmonious and loving engagement, no matter their age.
