A graduate of Pace University, and armed with a Business Management Degree, Phillip embarked on a career that spoke to something he was actively fluent in: the New York City lifestyle.
Heralding from New York’s Upper East Side, Phillip navigated through numerous neighborhoods and boroughs, living life in the fast lane, moving past it, yet still knowing how to own it and sell it. He made a name for himself by introducing others to the NY lifestyle that he knew and loved.
Phillip started humbly and quickly rose to be #1, progressing to a high-ranking team at Douglas Elliman before joining Compass and forming a winning partnership alongside a fellow top agent. In 2019 he started his own group, complete with offices in both New York City and Miami and in the last two years alone has brokered in excess of $200 million in sales with a reach from the Keys to the Hamptons.
Despite these successes, the lure of bi-coastal sales beckoned, and his desire to expand his business and offer his clients a unique East Coast-West Coast portfolio of contacts and skills warranted his recent move to the Sunshine State. Affiliating with Bjorn Farrugia and his team - with a focus on Santa Monica, The Palisades and Brentwood - this endeavor firmly cements a new powerhouse offering.
From utilizing top photographers and videographers, to developing new creative marketing strategies which include strong social media pushes, Phillip embraces all aspects of real estate.
