Richard Maslan, is a proud Los Angeles native who has had an association with Hilton & Hyland since 2002, Richard Maslan possesses a comprehensive understanding of today’s complex residential and commercial real estate environment. His specialized skill set and ability to strategically negotiate with buyers and sellers to maximize investment opportunities has enabled him to maintain ongoing relationships with a wide range of discerning clients.
After returning from Vietnam as a U.S. Marine, he began his civilian life working in Los Angeles and shares two children with his wife of more than 47 years. His hobbies include playing golf and spending time with his four grandchildren, two in Boston and two in California. He also devotes time to philanthropic endeavors; most notably, Food on Foot, a work-for-food program that transitions the city’s homeless into productive community members.
