Thomas comes to Carolwood Estates after 28 years in the Home Furnishings Fabric Industry, after he created a company that specialized in strategic positioning for many of the USA's finest fabric mills. This led to designing, developing and executing the marketing and selling strategies of biannual fabric collections. He worked with many of the top retailers, furniture manufacturers, distributors, and interior designers, in the nation. He has made the study of Art, Architecture and Interior Design a lifelong pursuit. He earned his Masters of Fine Arts from The California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), and received his Bachelor degree from The Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), and The Kansas City Art Institute.
A resident of Beverly Hills, Thomas puts his insider knowledge to work in finding you that special property in your neighborhood of choice.
Having worked for many years in a customer service industry Thomas has formed the ability to listen to his clients and his discerning eye offers a visually oriented way to assist you in achieving your real estate objectives. Thomas received a Historic Preservation award from The City of Los Angeles for renovating his 1930's Spanish home in South Carthay. It was subsequently published in House Beautiful.
Thomas grew up in a cantilevered home that was designed by William Deknatel a disciple of Frank Lloyd Wright. The interiors were designed by Marian Willisch who studied at the original Bauhaus school.
