Prior to commercial real estate, Bradley founded what became one of New Zealand's top production service companies, his work on the international market saw him divide his time between New Zealand, L.A. and Europe. Looking for new challenges, Bradley relocated to L.A. full-time and because of his numerous collaborations with agencies, production, post and VFX companies throughout L.A., he successfully segued into commercial real estate to work with those clients from a different angle. 

Bradley’s broad working knowledge within all aspects of the Film/TV/Advertising industry allowed him to guide creative companies through the landscape of leasing and purchasing, all while speaking their language. Some of Bradley’s Tenant and Landlord clients include, Anomaly LA, Bullitt Branded, Fellow, Rocky Morton, Somesuch, Girl Culture, Religion of Sports, Jane Studios, Skunk and Wolfgang. Bradley also represents retail clients and has worked with numerous brands to establish themselves on Abbot Kinney, Rose Ave and Lincoln Boulevard in Venice, Montana Avenue in Santa Monica, as well as in Silverlake, DTLA and the Arts District. Because of clients like Ahlem, Black Diamond Tattoo, Erin McKenna’s Bakery, Kismet, Parachute, New Bar, RVIVL and Simone Restaurant, Bradley has enjoyed working with boutique retail, as well as restaurant and bar clients, throughout Los Angeles.
