A Hollywood Hills estate that once belonged to pop star and actress Demi Lovato has hit the market for $10.995 million.

Tucked into the hills above the famed Chateau Marmont hotel, the gated four-bedroom home was listed last week.

The former Disney Channel star and singer of hits like “Cool for the Summer” and “Sorry Not Sorry,” bought the residence in 2016 for $8.3 million. She sold it for $8.25 million in 2020 to the current owner, which records with PropertyShark show to be a trust.

Built in 1979, the three-story home has a double-height living room that “anchors the main level.” It’s fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows and pocket doors “that disappear to reveal the city below,” according to the listing with brokers James Harris and Alexis Perry of Carolwood Estates, who declined to comment on the property.

There’s also a chef's kitchen with sleek marble surfaces, a cozy dining nook, lounge areas, a custom bar and media room, an indoor sauna, an office, and a primary bedroom suite with its own sitting room, fireplace and balcony.

The house sits on more than an acre, and the backyard has a zero-edge pool, a grill and an outdoor dining area. There’s also a private trail which leads to a rotunda, where the gym is located.

The median sale price for a single-family home on Los Angeles’s more affluent Westside stood at a little over $3 million during the fourth quarter of 2025, a 7.7% increase from a year earlier, according to a report from brokerage Douglas Elliman.

In the second quarter of 2020, when this home last changed hands amid the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, the median sale price was $2.49 million.
