The Beverly Hills home of Grammy-award winning singer and rapper Lizzo has returned to market with an additional $1 million price cut—and $1 million less than she paid for it.

The modern three-bedroom home in the private Oak Pass Road community first hit the market in December 2024 for $15.99 million, and was later reduced to $14.99 million before its latest cut to $13.99 million.

Built in 2018, the L-shaped home is ensconced within a lush lot, and its wood and glass facade complement the surroundings. A two-story foliage-filled atrium centers the home, with organic materials throughout, such as wood-paneled ceilings, black-framed windows and exposed brick.

Additionally, a prominent 100-year-old oak tree shelters the al fresco dining areas and outdoor spaces beside the saltwater infinity pool.

The primary suite is in one leg of the L, which cantilevers over a poolside wood-floored patio and a portion of the pool. On the interior of the L, wood-lined terraces offer views of the Santa Monica mountains.

The 0.32-acre property has traded hands multiple times in the last decade among music elites. Reportedly, One Direction alum Harry Styles owned the property from 2014 to 2016, and sold it to a developer who demolished the house and built the current one. The developer sold it to Warner Records CEO Aaron Bay-Schuck for $11 million, who passed it to Lizzo in 2022.

The home is being marketed by David Parnes and James Harris of Bond Street Partners at Carolwood Estates.
