Actress Zoe Saldana’s Beverly Hills, Calif., estate is on the market for $16.5 million, according to Zillow.
The traditional property has an outdoor pool and tennis court, according to the listing with Brett Lawyer of Carolwood Estates. It is located in the gated Hidden Valley Estates area, which has drawn celebrities such as Ellen DeGeneres, according to a local agent.
Records show an entity tied to Saldana, who is known for star turns in movies like “Avatar” and “Guardians of the Galaxy,” bought the property for $8.7 million in 2016. A spokesperson for Saldana couldn’t immediately be reached for comment.
The five-bedroom, roughly 6,000-square-foot home sits on about 0.6 acres, according to the listing. It has been recently remodeled and has custom wood and imported stone finishes, the listing says. It has a home theater, a gym, and a large paneled family room that opens to a terrace.
The house was originally built in the 1970s, according to public records.
Lawyer didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment. The property is also available as a rental for $47,500 a month, per the multiple listings service.
