Jane Fonda’s former Beverly Hills home is back on the market, relisting this week for $11 million.
The Trousdale Estates home, where Fonda lived for about five years, was briefly on the market about a year ago for $5,000 less than what it’s asking now.
The 87-year-old actress had owned the home with her former partner, the late record producer Richard Perry. Following their split, they sold it in 2018 for about $8.5 million to the current owners, a California-based LLC, records on PropertyShark show.
Built in 1961, the home maintains its mid-century style despite sporting updated interiors. There are large windows, wood cabinetry, beamed ceilings and a sunken living room with a fireplace, listing photos show. The two-story home also has an elevator.
Across its 7,100 square feet, the home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, according to the listing with Jonathan Nash of Carolwood Estates and Tyrone McKillen of Plus Real Estate. The primary suite, located on the main level, has dual bathrooms and walk-in closets.
Nash declined to comment for this article.
Below the main living level, which also includes the living room, a formal dining room, an office and the modern chef’s kitchen, the lower level houses a media room with a bar, which leads out to the backyard.
Outside, there’s a large patio space—part of which is covered—surrounding a pool. Additional outdoor space can be found in a terrace off the main level.
Perched in the hills, the property has views of the surrounding mountains and the ocean in the distance.
