Lily Rabe and Hamish Linklater will test the Los Feliz housing market again, after coming close to selling their modern-style residence just before the pandemic hit.
The duo is asking $2.9 million for 3019 Surry Street, or $837 per square foot.
This year’s priciest deal so far in Los Feliz closed earlier this month when 2401 Nottingham Avenue sold for $8.6 million, or $1,197 per square foot. Boyd’s colleagues at Carolwood, Jonathan Mogharrabi and Marci Kays represented the buyer and seller in that deal.
