Brazilian supermodel Adriana Lima is looking to sell her heavily fortified Los Angeles home for $15.995 million.

The longtime Victoria’s Secret model and her husband, film producer Andre Lemmers III, purchased the spec house for $12.35 million in 2022, property records show. Located in Brentwood, the property has an advanced security system that includes AI cameras and laser beams surrounding the property, according to the listing.

Lima and Lemmers said in an email that they are moving to New York because they are increasingly working there and in Europe. “Too much of our personal time was taken away by being on the other side of the country and longer travels,” they said.

Set on 0.34 acre, the five-bedroom main house and one-bedroom guesthouse span about 7,400 square feet combined, said listing agent Paul Salazar of Compass, who has the listing with colleague Kyle Amicucci and Drew Fenton of Carolwood Estates.

Lima and Lemmers customized the newly built residence with the security system as well as window treatments, custom furniture and antique chandeliers, Salazar said. The fixtures over the main kitchen island are former street lamps from Paris. They made about $100,000 worth of upgrades to the existing home theater.

Lima previously owned homes in New York and Miami. In 2022, she sold an Indian Creek Island estate for $40 million, records show.

Since the Palisades fire, the real-estate market in Brentwood and nearby Santa Monica have been strong as people relocate from fire-ravaged areas, Salazar said. “There was a big surge post-fires, in February and March, but there’s still a ton of families looking for a home,” he said.

Lima and Lemmers are open to selling the home furnished, Salazar said. “High-end buyers at this price point, they’re willing to pay a premium to not go through the process of picking out furniture,” he said.
