After two decades of ownership, Elisha Cuthbert has decided to part ways with her home in L.A.’s Hollywood Hills, just above the Sunset Strip. The Canadian TV and film actress—probably best known for her turns in The Ranch, 24, and The Girl Next Door—has stuck a nearly $3.2 million price tag on the modestly sized digs, which are also available for rent at $12,650 per month.
