Carolwood Estates’ nabbed Mick Partridge’s team, firming up the two-year-old brokerage’s agent roster after doubling its sales volume in 2024.

Partridge, who counted more than $400 million in deals over the past four years, was most recently with the Beverly Hills Estates and brings a luxury and residential book of business. That includes residential developments in Bel-Air and Malibu among other places that are estimated to bring more than $100 million in listings in the back half of the year, according to Carolwood.

Joining Partridge is director of operations Matthew Perrye, in addition to agents Skylar Saca and Jessica Blafer.

Among Partridge’s recent deals is his representation in December of buyer John Saca of Saca Development in the $44 million purchase of an office tower at 101 West Broadway in San Diego from the Irvine Company.

Partridge’s resume also includes listing 940 East Oakmont in Brentwood’s lower Mandeville Canyon neighborhood, which was sold to filmmaker Simon Kinberg for $15.5 million in 2021. He also represented former Geffen Records CEO and Hallwood Media founder Neil Jacobson in the $8.5 million purchase of 1387 North Doheny Drive in West Hollywood, which was owned by “Avatar” star Sam Worthington.

Ballooning business

Partridge Estates Group’s addition comes as Carolwood lapped two years in business in November. The brokerage, started by Hilton & Hyland alum Drew Fenton and Ed Leyson, said it had 2024 sales volume of $3.2 billion. That’s double its production in 2023.

Several heavyweights to the brokerage have also benefited Carolwood’s business.

Last year alone saw the addition of Bond Street Partners, which is helmed by former “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles” cast members James Harris and David Parnes. In the summer, Bond Street added Kevin Booker, who was previously at Westside Estate Agency.

Lisa Optican joined the brokerage in August as estates director, bringing with her nearly $139 million in off-market listings at the time. She was previously with Douglas Elliman.
