Fear of God founder Jerry Lorenzo and his family are ready to cut ties with their Los Feliz residence after snapping up a new pad elsewhere in Los Angeles.

The upscale streetwear designer listed 2401 Nottingham Avenue for $9.5 million. He tapped Carolwood Estates’ Marci Kays and Jonathan Mogharrabi, to market the property.

Lorenzo, a former nightclub promoter turned high-end designer, has lived in the Spanish Revival home since 2018. He and his wife Desiree Manuel paid $8.5 million for it and then enlisted designers Kathleen and Tommy Clements for the residence’s redesign.

The 1930-built, Spanish-style property is five beds and seven baths across nearly 7,200 square feet. It consists of a main house, guest house, pool and sports court.

The gated residence marks one of Los Feliz’s pricier listings.

Lorenzo began his career in fashion designing custom pieces for Justin Bieber’s “Purpose” tour in 2011, moving on to launch Fear of God in 2013. The business includes the luxury streetwear label, where knit T-shirts easily go for over $1,000 and trousers are around $1,200. There’s also a more accessible Fear of God Essentials line. The newest addition to the business is the Fear of God Athletics label, which is being created in partnership with Adidas.

The company’s former CEO told Vogue Business in 2023 the business had room to eventually grow to $1 billion in sales. Revenue at that time was reportedly in the range of $200 million to $300 million.
