Nicole Scherzinger seems to have a lot on her plate. She’s currently preparing to take the Broadway stage by storm as Norma Desmond in the Sunset Boulevard revival, and she just listed her Hollywood Hills home, which boasts spectacular views, for $6.7 million—almost double the amount she bought it for in 2016.
The former Pussycat Dolls star’s modern hillside abode was built in 1990 and has undergone extensive renovations since. Scherzinger has been living there on and off since buying it for $3.76 million, and she’s listed it for rent for $40,000 a month. She’s also placed the home on the market a few times, first listing it for just under $8 million in 2020.
Spanning 4,602 square-feet, the luxe home has three levels and unmatched city and beach views in every room. The great room has floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors, allowing sunlight to beam in during the day. The doors open to a wrap-around terrace that is finished with clear railings. The foyer leads to a dining room, cozy living area, and a chef’s kitchen with a waterfall-edge marble island with a dining bar.
The primary suite is on the second floor and also has the stunning floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows, which lead to a private deck with endless views, which Scherzinger said is “probably the best part about my bedroom,” in an Open Door interview with Architectural Digest. “I feel literally like I’m on top of the world.” A modern fireplace, which spans the length of the wall, completes the room. The primary bathroom features two tubs, one inside and one outside bathing on the deck.
Other features worth mentioning are the sleek staircase, the home theater with plush seats, a lounge with a wet bar, and gym with a view. Outside, the amenities continue with a covered area for lounging, a deck for sunbathing, a rooftop glass sauna, and a six feet deep, saltwater waterfall plunge pool for those hot and sunny days.
