Originally built in the early 1950s and thoughtfully enhanced by Lewis during her tenure, the creamy stucco and terracotta-roof structure is hidden away behind a lengthy gated driveway. Inside, three bedrooms and four baths are spread across almost 2,300 square feet of multi-level living space boasting a mix of stone and wide-plank French oak floors, arched doorways, and whitewashed wood-beam ceilings dotted with skylights. Walls of glass also offer up a look at the sweeping vistas across the San Fernando Valley from almost every vantage point.
Standing out is a fireside living room lined with folding steel-framed doors spilling outside. A dining area adjoins a green-hued kitchen spotlighted by marble countertops, a glass-tiled backsplash, a farmhouse sink, and high-end stainless appliances, while a cozy den has a winding staircase that heads up to a treehouse-like primary suite sporting a corner fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a bath equipped with a Victoria + Albert soaking tub.

The undeniable star of the show is the recently redesigned grounds, which are laced with fruit trees and drought-tolerant plants and host an enclosed courtyard holding a saltwater pool and an inset spa surrounded by a Saltillo-tiled terrace, plus a fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, and multiple seating areas. A detached two-car garage on the nearly third-acre premises that Lewis used as a recording studio could easily be converted into an office or a gym.
